Role Description The HR Executive role is a full time, in office position based in Delhi, India. This role involves managing day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment activities, and coordinating onboarding and exit processes. The HR Executive will assist in implementing HR policies, handling employee queries, and supporting performance management and engagement initiatives.



Responsibilities also include ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, preparing HR reports, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to support a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with a transparent understanding of core HR functions.
Candidates should possess skills in HR Operations and HR Policies, including documentation, compliance, and implementation of HR processes.
Candidates should possess skills in Employee Relations, with the ability to address concerns, support conflict resolution, and foster a respectful work environment.
