Job Summary

ICI Hospital is looking for an experienced Billing Executive – IPD to manage inpatient billing operations, ensure accurate bill preparation, and coordinate with patients and hospital departments.

Key Responsibilities
Manage IPD (Inpatient Department) billing and discharge billing procedures.
Prepare and verify patient bills, invoices, and payment records.
Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, insurance/TPA teams, and other hospital departments.
Verify billing details, package charges, and other applicable hospital charges.




Handle patient and attendant queries related to billing and payments.
Ensure accurate documentation and timely completion of billing processes.
Follow hospital billing policies and standard operating procedures.

Required Qualifications & Skills
2–5 years of experience in hospital billing, preferably in IPD billing.
Good English communication skills are mandatory.
Knowledge of hospital billing procedures and billing software.
Solid attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Valuable coordination and patient-handling skills.
Ability to work in rotational shifts.
Immediate joiners preferred.
