Role & responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for students throughout their learning journey.
Conduct student outreach through calls, emails, and regular follow-ups.
Address student queries and provide timely support.
Monitor and track student engagement, attendance, and participation.
Identify students requiring additional support and coordinate appropriate interventions.
Preferred candidate profile
Schedule classes, assessments, and academic activities on the LMS.
Ensure learning resources, session links, and announcements are updated and accessible.
Monitor live classes and provide operational support as required.
Coordinate class rescheduling, make-up sessions, and calendar updates.
Maintain accurate attendance records and academic documentation.
