Role & responsibilities:
Conduct Management classes as per the prescribed syllabus.
Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials.
Engage students through interactive teaching methods, case studies, group discussions, and classroom activities.
Explain management concepts, principles, and business practices with practical examples.
Help students develop managerial, leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Encourage students to participate in presentations, projects, and management-related activities.
Connect theoretical concepts with real-world business scenarios and industry practices.
Conduct tests, evaluate assignments, and assess student performance.
Monitor students' academic progress and provide guidance for improvement.
Maintain attendance records and academic documentation.
Maintain classroom discipline and ensure effective teaching and learning.




Participate in faculty meetings and other academic activities as required.

Preferred candidate profile:
Master's degree in Management, Business Administration (MBA), or a relevant discipline.
Robust subject knowledge and understanding of management principles.
Valuable communication, teaching, and presentation skills.
Ability to engage students and create an interactive learning environment.
Ability to explain concepts using practical business examples and case studies.
Robust interpersonal skills and the ability to encourage teamwork and student participation.
Patient, approachable, and capable of handling students with different learning levels.
Prior teaching experience at the undergraduate level is preferred.
Punctual, responsible, and committed to academic duties.
