Job Title: COMPLIANCE OFFICER (CO)

Role Overview

Responsible for ensuring compliance with IFSCA regulations, monitoring regulatory requirements, handling investor grievances, and implementing compliance and risk management policies.

Eligibility

Candidates must meet any one of the following:
PG Degree/Diploma (minimum 1 year) in Finance, Law, Accountancy, Business Management, Commerce, Economics, Capital Markets, Banking, Insurance, or Actuarial Science.
CFA or FRM (GARP).
ICAI / ICSI / ICMAI membership or equivalent foreign qualification.
LLB.

Skilled qualification
3+ years relevant experience in securities market/financial products with a skilled qualification, OR
2+ years post-qualification experience along with the required Authority-specified certification.





Relevant Experience From

FMEs, Banks, MIIs, Capital Market Intermediaries, Insurance Companies, Financial Regulators, CA/CS/Cost Accountant or advisory firms, or Finance/Accounts/Secretarial/Legal departments of companies.

Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with IFSCA regulations, circulars, and applicable laws.
Monitor and report compliance issues independently to IFSCA.
Handle investor grievances and ensure timely resolution.
Implement and monitor risk management policies.
Maintain required certifications and regulatory processes.
Key: The Compliance Officer must be based out of IFSC.
