About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic, confident, and result-oriented Sales & Field Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and convincing skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential customers to promote and sell company products.
Generate new business leads through direct field visits and market networking.
Convert potential leads into successful sales through effective communication and follow-ups.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
Conduct product demonstrations and promotional activities whenever required.
Increase product awareness, visibility, and market presence.
Monitor competitor activities and share valuable market insights.
Follow up with customers regarding orders, payments, and outstanding dues, whenever required.




Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and business objectives.
Maintain and submit daily field visit, customer interaction, and sales reports.

Skills & Qualifications
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduate candidates preferred).
0–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
Freshers with robust communication and interpersonal skills are welcome.
Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and convincing abilities.
Willingness to travel locally and work in the field.
Self-motivated, energetic, and eager to learn.
