Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and customer-oriented Salon Manager to oversee the daily operations of Geetanjali Salon in Rishikesh. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, customer service, sales management, and team coordination skills, along with relevant experience in the salon or beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily salon operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Supervise salon staff, including hairstylists, beauticians, and support staff.
Monitor daily sales, monthly revenue, and business targets.
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints professionally.
Manage staff schedules, attendance, and performance.
Monitor inventory, product usage, stock levels, and timely replenishment.




Train and motivate employees to improve service quality and productivity.
Promote upselling, cross-selling, and customer retention.
Maintain salon hygiene, grooming, and service quality standards.
Prepare daily sales reports and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).

Required Skills & Qualifications
35 years of relevant experience in salon management or salon operations.
Previous experience in team handling and customer relationship management.
Solid knowledge of salon services, products, and operations.
Valuable communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of sales targets, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
Ability to manage customer complaints and maintain service standards.
Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.
