Role & responsibilities
Literature review, carrying out proof of concept, feasibility & formulation trials.
Performing in-process tests as part of formulation trials.
Performing pre-formulation studies including drug-excipient compatibility studies.
Sourcing raw & packaging materials, tooling as per regulated market requirements.
Planning & executing the scale-up batches and production level
Determination & developing manufacturing process parameters.
Recording & completing raw data in lab note books, preparing Master Formula Record, Product Development Reports & supporting documents.
Packaging & preparing products for R&D; stability studies, subjecting the samples for stability studies, monitoring, compiling the results and preparing the stability report.




Maintaining the lab equipment & instruments in valuable condition & following Positive Laboratories Practices.
Working towards recent product & process development ideas.

Preferred candidate profile

Should be comfortable in Formulation development of tablets & capsules.

Should be comfortable in Planning and Execution of Scale -Up Batches

Should be comfortable in preparing Master Formula Record & Product Development Report.

Should be comfortable in Technical Troubleshooting of tech transferred products.
