Role Overview

As a Collection Associate, you will be responsible for following up with customers regarding overdue payments, negotiating payment arrangements, and maintaining accurate collection records in our CRM system.

Key Responsibilities

Reach out to customers with overdue accounts via phone calls, emails, and messages to secure payments.

Understand customer payment delays and provide realistic resolution options or payment plans within guidelines.

Maintain clear, exact, and updated logs of customer interactions in the CRM software.

Monitor regular payment tracking sheets using basic Excel tools.

Coordinate with internal risk and operations teams to escalate persistent collection issues.





Meet daily and monthly collection targets while strictly adhering to compliance and code of conduct.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in tele-collections, recovery, or customer support (preferably in P2P, Fintech, Banking, or NBFCs).

Education: Graduate or Higher Secondary (10+2) in any stream.

Skills:

Positive verbal communication skills (Hindi & English; regional languages are a plus).

Basic knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, basic formulas, filters) and CRM tools.

Robust negotiation and persuasive skills.
