Eligibility Criteria
Graduation Year: 2021 or earlier pass-outs only
Any Graduate (Preferably B.Tech / B.E / BCA / MCA / BSc / MSc IT/CS background)
Must have training or hands-on knowledge in salesforce, Java, Python, or any programming language
Positive understanding of OOPS concepts and coding fundamentals
Robust communication skills (Verbal & Written)
Willing to commit to a 2.6-year service agreement

Roles & Responsibilities
Undergo structured Salesforce training
Work on Salesforce customization and development (Apex, LWC, Integrations)
Develop and maintain scalable applications
Participate in code reviews and testing
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on live projects

Training & Compensation Details
Selected candidates will undergo 3 months of professional Salesforce training
During training period, a stipend per month will be provided
Candidates must sign a 2.6-year service agreement (bond) after selection
