Key Roles & Responsibilities
Handle incoming customer calls professionally.
Make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers.
Follow up with customers regarding vehicle enquiries and test drives.
Contact customers for service reminders and follow-ups.
Inform customers about ongoing offers, schemes and promotional activities.
Maintain positive relationships with existing customers.
Collect customer feedback regarding sales and after-sales services.
Handle customer complaints and coordinate with the concerned departments for resolution.
Ensure timely follow-up until customer issues are resolved.
Maintain customer satisfaction and improve customer experience.Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate. fresher are eligible
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
