Handle incoming and outgoing calls and respond to customer queries professionally.
Follow up with potential customers and provide accurate product and service information.
Maintain customer records and update information in the CRM system.
Coordinate with the Sales and Support teams to ensure smooth customer service.
Achieve daily calling targets and contribute to lead generation and customer engagement.
Maintain proper documentation and prepare call reports as per company procedures.
Build positive customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
