Role Description The Associate Dentist will provide chairside clinical care, including examination, diagnosis, treatment planning, and delivery of restorative and preventive dental procedures. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing routine treatments such as fillings, extractions, scaling and polishing, and assisting with orthodontic cases as required. The role involves educating patients on oral hygiene, documenting clinical findings, maintaining accurate records, and adhering to infection control protocols.



The Associate Dentist will collaborate with the clinic team to ensure smooth patient flow and positive experiences. This is a full time, on-site role based in Dongerkeri,Kodialbail, Mangaluru.

Qualifications
Recognized Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) degree; valid dental registration/license as per local regulatory requirements.
Robust clinical skills in general dentistry, including diagnosis, restorative procedures, preventive care and treatment.
Knowledge of standard infection control, sterilization practices, and clinic safety protocols.
Clear, empathetic communication skills to explain treatment options and educate patients on oral health.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary dental team and maintain professional conduct with patients and colleagues.
Positive organizational skills for managing appointments, clinical documentation, and follow-up care.
Prior clinical experience in a dental practice or internship is preferred; openness to ongoing training and continuing education.
