Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Dispatch Executive to manage daily dispatch operations, ensure timely delivery of materials to customers, maintain dispatch documentation, and coordinate with internal departments and transporters.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily dispatch activities and ensure timely delivery of finished goods to customers.
Prepare dispatch documents, including delivery challans, invoices, e-way bills,



and packing lists.
Coordinate with the production, stores, quality, and logistics teams for dispatch planning.
Arrange vehicles and coordinate with transporters for timely material movement.
Verify material quantity, part numbers, packaging, and customer requirements before dispatch.
Maintain dispatch registers, delivery records, and vehicle details.
Track shipments and follow up on delivery status with transporters and customers.
Ensure proper packaging, labeling, and loading of materials as per customer requirements.
Update dispatch data in Excel and ERP systems.
Handle dispatch-related queries, discrepancies, and documentation
