Role Description The Ticket Agent role at Plan My Tours is a full-time, on-site position based in Current Delhi. The Ticket Agent is responsible for handling ticket sales and reservations for flights, trains, buses, and tour packages, ensuring accurate and timely booking for all customers. Daily tasks include responding to customer inquiries, providing fare and schedule information, processing payments, issuing tickets, and updating booking records in internal systems. The role also involves coordinating with tour coordinators and other team members to resolve booking issues, manage changes or cancellations, and support promotional sales activities.



The Ticket Agent is expected to provide courteous, efficient service, maintain high attention to detail, and adhere to company policies and industry guidelines.

Qualifications
Strong ticketing and reservation abilities, including Ticket Sales and Reservations skills.
Excellent interpersonal and Communication skills for engaging with customers and colleagues.
Proven Customer Service experience, with a focus on problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
Sales aptitude, including cross-selling and up-selling tour packages and related services.
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with booking or reservation software.
Ability to work on-site in Recent Delhi and manage a full-time schedule, including peak travel periods.
Attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and the ability to handle cash and digital payments responsibly.
Prior experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality ticketing is an advantage; a relevant diploma or degree is preferred.
