About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Executive to join our corporate HR team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing and bulk hiring through Naukri, LinkedIn and other recruitment portals.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Apna and other recruitment portals.
Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening and interview coordination.
Manage bulk hiring, preferably for sales and business development profiles.
Use Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques to identify suitable candidates.
Maintain recruitment trackers and daily hiring reports.




Follow up with candidates to ensure interview attendance, offer acceptance and joining.
Achieve assigned recruitment targets and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.

Requirements
1–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn.
Bulk hiring and sales recruitment experience preferred.
Solid communication, coordination and candidate-management skills.
Immediate joiners preferred.

Key: This is a corporate office recruitment role at Sector 9, Noida, not a gym-floor position.
