Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Rewards Analyst / Senior Analyst with solid hands-on experience in Total Rewards, Global Reward Operations, Annual Compensation Reviews, Bonus & Incentive Administration, and reward analytics.

The ideal candidate should have experience supporting global reward programs, managing year-end reward cycles, and collaborating with international stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and support annual reward and compensation review cycles, including salary increments, merit reviews, bonus and variable pay processes.
Support bonus pool calculations, incentive administration and compensation modelling.
Conduct compensation benchmarking, salary surveys and market intelligence analysis.
Support global reward operations, reporting, governance and process improvements.
Maintain compensation data accuracy, audits and reconciliations.
Support Workday compensation processes, testing and reporting.
Assist with deferred compensation, long-term incentives (LTI) and equity reward administration.




Coordinate with global Rewards COE teams and stakeholders for smooth reward service delivery and process transitions.

Required Skills
4–7 years of relevant experience, with hands-on Rewards / Total Rewards experience mandatory.
Solid knowledge of annual reward cycles, bonus administration, incentives and compensation reviews.
Experience in global reward operations and stakeholder management.
Strong analytical skills and advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
Understanding of reward governance, controls and reporting.

Preferred Skills
Workday Compensation / Advanced Compensation Module.
Banking / BFSI / Global Capability Centre experience.
Compensation benchmarking and market salary surveys.
Reward process transition / offshoring experience.
Deferred Compensation / LTI administration.

Key: Candidates with only HR Operations, Payroll, Recruitment, Employee Engagement or Rewards & Recognition experience without core Total Rewards exposure will not be considered.
