Preferred candidate profile
MBBS with MD/DNB in Critical Care Medicine or an equivalent specialty or IDCCM with least 5 years of post-IDCCM experience in ICU.
Role & responsibilities
Manage critically ill patients and oversee their treatment in the ICU.
Assess patients and make clinical decisions regarding diagnosis and treatment.
Handle medical emergencies and provide life-saving interventions.
Supervise ventilator management and other critical care procedures.
Lead ICU rounds and guide junior doctors and nursing staff.
Coordinate with specialists and other departments for patient care.
Maintain patient records and ensure quality care and patient safety.
