Role & Responsibilities
Assist US clients with queries related to tax return filing.
Handle inbound and outbound international voice calls.
Understand client requirements and provide appropriate support throughout the tax filing process.
Explain filing procedures and required documentation to clients.
Resolve client queries professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain transparent communication and adhere to established process guidelines.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Any graduate; Commerce or Finance graduates preferred.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Positive verbal communication skills in English.
Robust interpersonal, listening, and customer service skills.
Customer-focused with a positive attitude and problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable handling international voice calls.
Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US business hours.
