Role Description The Manpower Supply and Staffing Partner at Cube Logistics Pvt Ltd will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end staffing activities for logistics operations in Navi Mumbai. This in office role includes coordinating with internal teams to understand manpower requirements, sourcing and screening candidates, and managing onboarding for warehouse, transport, and office roles. The position involves maintaining staffing pipelines, tracking attendance and deployment, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations and company policies. The Partner will also collaborate with vendors, support workforce planning during peak periods,



and contribute to initiatives that improve retention and employee engagement.

Qualifications
Experience in manpower planning, staffing coordination, and workforce deployment within logistics, supply chain, or related industries.
Strong skills in candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for blue-collar and supervisory roles.
Ability to maintain employee records, track attendance, and ensure adherence to labor laws, safety standards, and company policies.
Proficiency in using MS Office or similar tools for reporting, data management, and documentation.
Effective communication and relationship-building skills to work with internal stakeholders and external staffing vendors.
Demonstrated organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple staffing requirements simultaneously.
Prior experience in an on-site HR, staffing, or manpower supply role; exposure to logistics operations in Navi Mumbai is an advantage.
Preferred educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
