Job position: Talent Acquisition Executive

Experience: 6 months - 1 year

Location - Kochi

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles across PAN India.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, social media, and other channels.
Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Manage offer releases, pre-joining follow-ups, and onboarding coordination.
Build talent pipelines and maintain recruitment trackers and reports.
Support employer branding, campus hiring, and recruitment drives.
Assist with HR Generalist activities, including onboarding, employee engagement, HR documentation, and HR operations.

Key Requirements:
6 months to 1 year of recruitment experience.
Robust communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
Experience in IT/technical and non-IT recruitment is an added advantage.
Ability to handle multiple PAN India hiring requirements.
Knowledge of Tamil or Hindi is an added advantage.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
