Role Description This is a full time, on-site Telemarketer role based in Mumbai at Jetking Thane Learning Center. The Telemarketer will make outbound calls to prospective learners and parents to share information about courses, clarify offerings, and generate interest in admissions. Daily tasks include explaining program details, answering basic queries, updating call records in the system, and scheduling appointments or counseling sessions. The role also involves following up on inquiries, maintaining courteous and qualified communication, and supporting the admissions and sales team to meet enrollment targets.



The Telemarketer will collaborate with colleagues to refine call scripts and ensure a consistent, learner-focused experience.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills to engage with prospective learners and families effectively.
Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to respond courteously to inquiries and provide clear, helpful information.
Candidates should possess Appointment Scheduling skills to organize counseling sessions, follow-ups, and center visits.
Candidates should possess Sales skills to convert leads, promote course offerings, and support admissions targets.
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with phone systems or CRM tools are beneficial.
Prior experience in telemarketing, call centers, education counseling, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
Ability to communicate fluently in English and local languages commonly used in Mumbai is preferred.
