Job Description

We are looking for an experienced qualified to support the delivery of a large-scale museum project. The role involves stakeholder management, vendor coordination, construction-phase oversight, installation management, and leadership communications. The incumbent will work closely with agencies, consultants, and internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality project execution.

Key Responsibilities
Manage leadership presentations, project updates, and stakeholder communications.
Coordinate with Finance, Legal, and leadership teams for approvals and alignment.
Serve as the primary interface between agencies, vendors, consultants, and internal teams.
Handle vendor onboarding, contracts, POs, invoices, and payment processing.
Monitor site progress during construction and ensure experience-related infrastructure requirements are met.
Review installation quality for AV, projection systems, interactives, and experiential elements.
Support installation, commissioning, testing, snag closure, and project handover.
