Key Responsibilities

Data Entry & Database Management: Accurately enter, update, and maintain client records, operational logs, transactions, and inventory data across company databases and ERP systems.

Documentation & Filing: Prepare, review, verify, and organize physical and digital documents, reports, contracts, and internal correspondence for compliance and accuracy.

Operational & Administrative Support: Support sales, finance, HR, or logistics teams by preparing purchase orders, processing invoices, drafting routine communications, and scheduling workflow tasks.

Reporting & Analysis: Compile regular daily, weekly, or monthly operational summaries, sales figures, or activity reports using spreadsheets for department managers.

Inquiry & Process Resolution:



Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to address operational queries, resolve data discrepancies, and track status requests.

Compliance & Quality Control: Ensure all back-office workflows and record-keeping procedures strictly adhere to internal SOPs and regulatory compliance standards.
