Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-person counselling sessions with students and parents.
Guide them on country options, universities, courses, and eligibility requirements.
Support students with applications, documentation, interview, and visa processes.
Build solid relationships and trust to drive conversion of enquiries to admissions.
Achieve monthly counselling and enrollment targets
Skills & Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in admissions/counselling or education sales .
Counsel Students and ensure smooth lead conversion.
Experience in counselling/lead conversion.
Solid communication and influencing skills to engage effectively with students and parents.
Demonstrated track record of achieving counselling/enrollment targets.
Lead, mentor and manage a team of admission counsellors.
