Role Overview:
Field sales role responsible for sourcing and managing Loan Against Property (LAP) business through self-sourcing, connectors, and referrals, while supporting customers throughout the loan process.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and acquire recent Loan Against Property customers.
Generate business through self-sourcing, connectors, and referral networks.
Manage customer relationships and drive loan disbursements.
Maintain portfolio quality and identify cross-sell prospects.
Ticket Size:
Up to 3 Crores (subject to product and policy guidelines).
Desired Candidate Profile:
Graduate with experience in BFSI/lending sales.
Prior experience in Loan Against Property, Mortgage or Secured Lending preferred.
Solid sales, networking, and relationship management skills. Comfortable with extensive fieldwork and local travel.
