Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Nagpur. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws and company policies. The Human Resources Manager will manage HR records, support payroll inputs, and coordinate benefits and attendance processes. Daily responsibilities include supporting managers with workforce planning, handling grievance resolution, conducting training and development initiatives, and promoting a positive, inclusive work culture. The role also involves creating and updating HR policies, monitoring HR metrics,



and partnering with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
Experience with HR operations such as HR documentation, attendance management, payroll coordination, and advantages administration.
Ability to interpret and apply labor laws, statutory requirements, and compliance standards relevant to the hospitality industry.
Proficient in using HR software or HRIS tools, and comfortable working with spreadsheets and basic data reporting.
Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust across diverse teams.
Proven organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a relevant HR certification is an advantage.
Previous experience as an HR generalist or HR manager, preferably in hospitality or service-oriented environments.
