Key Responsibilities

• Maintain books of accounts, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.

• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and vendor/customer reconciliations.

• Prepare bank reconciliation statements (BRS) and manage banking transactions.

• Manage GST returns, including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B, and ensure timely GST compliance.

• Handle TDS calculations, deductions, payments, and return filing.

• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Maintain the general ledger, trial balance, profit and loss account, and balance sheet schedules.

• Manage invoicing, expense tracking, and payment follow-ups.

• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and statutory authorities as required.

• Maintain proper documentation of invoices, vouchers, bills, and supporting records.





• Assist in finalization of accounts and preparation for statutory audits.

• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, taxation laws, and financial procedures.

• Prepare MIS reports and financial summaries for management.

• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of financial information.
