Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and support Workato recipes integrating Salesforce and Xactly
Build and maintain end-to-end automation for sales compensation and incentive processes
Configure and customize Salesforce (Sales Cloud preferred)
Implement and support Xactly Incent, Analytics, and Connect
Manage data synchronization, validation, and reconciliation between systems
Implement error handling, monitoring, and performance optimization in Workato
Collaborate with business, sales ops, and finance teams to gather requirements
Support UAT, deployment, and post-production activities
Create and maintain technical documentation

Mandatory Skills
Workato - solid hands-on experience building integrations and automations
Salesforce - configuration, workflows, reports, and data management
Valuable to have Xactly.
API integrations, data mapping, and troubleshooting
