Job Description:

Position: Hot Melt Extruder Operator

Location: Vapi

Experience: 2 – 5 Year

Industries: Pharma Formulation

Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor hot melt extrusion machines.
Set process parameters such as temperature, screw speed, and feed rate.
Handle raw material feeding and extrusion as per batch requirements.
Maintain batch records and follow GMP, SOPs, and safety guidelines.
Perform equipment cleaning, line clearance, and changeover activities.
Troubleshoot basic machine issues and coordinate with maintenance and QA/QC teams.

Required Skills:
Hands-on experience in hot melt extrusion operations,
machine parameter setting, pharmaceutical formulation processes,
GMP compliance, and batch documentation.

Required Qualification: - Any Graduation

Salary: - Upto 6.00 LPA
