Role Description The Architect will work on-site in Chandigarh in a full time capacity, contributing to the planning, design, and execution of architectural projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing architectural concepts, preparing detailed drawings and documentation, coordinating with engineering and construction teams, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards. The role involves collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders to refine requirements, align designs with functional and aesthetic goals, and support project delivery from initial concept through completion. The Architect will also participate in design reviews, support integration of technical solutions,



and assist with project scheduling and resource coordination.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development and detailed design documentation.
Candidates should possess experience in Project Management, including planning, coordination, and tracking project milestones.
Candidates should possess familiarity with Software Development and Integration as they relate to design tools, BIM, or technical systems used in architecture.
Candidates should possess proficiency in relevant design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and solid visualization skills.
Candidates should possess a recognized degree in Architecture or a closely related field and understanding of building codes, standards, and local regulations.
Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in office in multidisciplinary teams.
Previous experience in architectural practice, portfolio demonstrating completed projects, and exposure to sustainable or contemporary design approaches are beneficial.
