Role Description This is a full time, on-site Salesperson role based in Guwahati. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, conducting outreach through calls, meetings, and presentations, and building strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Daily activities include understanding client needs, explaining consulting services, preparing proposals, and following up to close deals. The role also involves maintaining accurate sales records, collaborating with the founder and team on sales strategies,



and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The Salesperson will represent the company professionally in all interactions and support business growth through proactive engagement in the local market.
Qualifications
Proven ability in client relationship building, negotiation, and closing sales.
Strong communication skills, including clear verbal communication and professional business writing.
Comfort with in-person meetings, presentations, and representing the organization in client-facing settings.
Basic understanding of consulting or business services and interest in learning more about advisory work.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple prospects and tasks.
Motivation to meet and exceed sales goals, with a proactive and resilient mindset.
Familiarity with using phones, email, and basic office software or CRM tools to track leads and prospects.
Fluency in English and local languages commonly used in Guwahati; prior sales experience is an advantage.
