Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Hairdresser role based at Glomour family salon in Mumbai. The Hairdresser will perform daily hair services including cutting, styling, blow-drying, coloring support, and basic hair treatments for a diverse clientele. Responsibilities include consulting with clients to understand their preferences, recommending suitable styles and services, and maintaining a clean and hygienic workstation. The role involves scheduling and managing appointments, providing attentive customer service, and promoting salon services and products when appropriate. The Hairdresser is expected to collaborate with the salon team,



follow safety and sanitation standards, and support a welcoming atmosphere for families and individual guests.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess solid Hair Cutting and Hair Styling skills suitable for various hair types and age groups.
Candidates should possess practical Hair Care knowledge, including treatments, product use, and basic scalp and hair health practices.
Candidates should possess Cosmetology-related skills or training, with familiarity in salon procedures and hygiene standards.
Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, listen to client needs, and build repeat business.
Relevant certification or diploma in Hairdressing or Cosmetology is preferred; prior salon experience is an advantage.
Ability to work flexible hours, stand for extended periods, and manage multiple appointments efficiently.
Professional appearance, punctuality, and a cooperative, respectful approach to working with team members and clients.
