The Senior Sales Coordinator communicates with customers to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide updates on orders and products. The role also supports the sales team with report generation, follow-ups, scheduling meetings, and tracking performance metrics. This position requires close collaboration with management to streamline sales operations and contribute to meeting revenue and service targets.





Robust skills in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations to manage orders, documentation, and internal workflows.
Proficiency in Sales and Customer Service to handle client interactions, follow-ups, and relationship management.
Experience with MS Office or similar tools for reporting, data entry, and maintaining sales records.
Prior experience in a sales support or coordinating role, preferably in manufacturing, trading, or related industries.
bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
