You will own functional configuration, enhancements, and production support across recruiting and talent processes, working closely with HR stakeholders and the HCM Lead / Solution Architect. The role requires practical experience across the recruitment lifecycle, performance management, goals, talent reviews, and succession planning, supported by solid testing and issue-resolution capabilities. Required Skills
15+ years of enterprise application experience, including 8+ years in Oracle Fusion HCM.
Hands-on exposure to Redwood configuration, Visual Builder Studio, and page personalization.




Hands-on configuration and support experience in both Oracle Recruiting Cloud and Oracle Talent Management.
Solid knowledge of recruiting workflows, candidate lifecycle management, offers, and hiring processes.
Experience with Performance Management, Goal Management, Talent Review, and Succession Management.
Understanding of Core HR structures, jobs, positions, worker data, and HCM security.
Experience with quarterly release testing, production incident resolution, and Oracle service requests.
Working knowledge of HDL, OTBI, BI Publisher, and functional integration requirements.
Robust requirements-gathering, documentation, and client communication skills.

Nice to Have
Oracle Recruiting Cloud or Talent Management certification.
Experience with Oracle Learning Cloud and onboarding processes.
Experience supporting multiple clients or business units in an AMS environment.
ITIL Foundation certification.
