Key Responsibilities
Drive sales growth and expand market presence in the assigned territory.
Build and maintain solid relationships with farmers and dealers.
Promote and sell DSP Agrochemicals' products.
Conduct farmer meetings, field demonstrations and promotional activities.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to business development.
Provide crop protection and crop nutrition guidance to farmers.
Develop the dealer network and identify recent business opportunities.

Candidate Requirements
Experience: 2–5 years in agriculture, agrochemicals, fertilizers or crop nutrition sales.
Qualification: Graduate, preferably in Agriculture.
Skills: Strong communication, sales, negotiation and market development skills.
Good knowledge of the agricultural market and farmer/dealer networks in Gujarat.
