What Are We Looking For?
Solid experience in bulk hiring / volume recruitment
Proven experience in managing and leading a recruitment team
Ability to drive hiring numbers and meet recruitment targets
Expertise in managing end-to-end recruitment operations
Solid stakeholder management and team coordination skills
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities
Experience in the BPO / ITES industry would be an added advantage
