Contact, liaise, and follow-up with the client starting from vendor registration up to order securement under the guidelines of the Sales Manager and maintain a positive working relationship with the clients while representing the image of the company.

Be aware of current developments in the market and about competitors' activities and report the same to the sales manager

Liaise with the Proposals Department to ensure that all Quotations are submitted on time in accordance with the company policies
After-sales follow up with the Projects Department to ensure a proper and successful project execution
After-sales visits to clients to ensure that all requirements related to the project are met to their satisfaction
Review the sales results with the sales manager on a monthly basis and report action taken to rectify any adverse variances
Obtain project information and issue weekly sales visit report to the sales manager in order to update and discuss future course of action

The jobholder should have EPC industry knowledge, product knowledge, and sales and negotiation experience.




Capable of maintaining long-term client relationship and be able to communicate and further develop the relationship with key accounts.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS

Female Candidate preferred.
Bachelor's degree or above (Engineering degree for sales engineer)
Native fluency in Hindi, Marathi & English for business communication
High fluency in English for business communication with FPI global offices and factories
2 to 6 years of sales experience

Preferred Experience:
Experience working in the EPC business in one or more of the following sectors
(Power Plant, Desalination, Petrochemical, Oil & Gas Processing, Industrial Plant, Oil & Gas, Sewer, Irrigation, Water Distribution, Marine & Offshore)
Manufacturing industry experience
Hands-on experience in review/comment of contract terms and conditions
Proactive sales attitude
Able to travel overseas or domestically for short to long term basis
Software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
