This is a full time in office role for a Sales Manager located in Salem. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and growing the customer portfolio, driving sales efforts, meeting key revenue targets, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.



Additional responsibilities include developing sales strategies, monitoring market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

Strong sales, business development, and account management skills
Proficiency in market analysis, strategic planning, and customer relationship management
Familiarity with financial products and services, especially within the lending and NBFC sector
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related fields; MBA is preferred
Experience in the financial services industry, particularly in sales-oriented roles, is highly desirable
