Key Responsibilities:
Vendor Communication: Maintain regular communication with vendors to ensure smooth operations and address any issues that arise.
Order Management: Process and track vendor orders to ensure timely delivery and accurate fulfillment of requirements.
Inventory Coordination: Monitor inventory levels regularly and coordinate with vendors to restock items as needed.
Documentation Handling: Organize and maintain vendor files, contracts, and correspondence to ensure proper record-keeping and accessibility.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on vendor performance and inventory status to management for strategic decision-making.
