Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment and volume hiring across multiple locations.
Drive sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer closures.
Ensure solid offer-to-join conversion.
Manage stakeholders and coordinate with business teams to fulfil hiring requirements.
Lead and support the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.
Requirements:
4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
Mandatory experience in LAP / Mortgage Sales hiring.
Robust stakeholder management and team-handling skills.
Proven expertise in volume hiring, sourcing, and closures.
BFSI/NBFC experience preferred.
