Job Title: Software Engineer III Location: Pune (Onsite)

As a Software Engineer III, you'll build best-in-class SaaS solutions that enable efficiency, transparency, and accountability. You'll be a key member of our engineering team, leading complex projects in a fast-paced, agile setting using up-to-date technologies, including ReactJS, Javascript, GraphQL, and NodeJS.

Independently design and develop high-quality features that are scalable, secure, and maintainable.
Drive continuous improvement of development processes, tools and operational excellence.
Mentor and guide junior software engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Contribute to the firm's Engineering culture of innovation,



leading-edge technology adoption and quality.

BA/BS in a computer-science-related discipline or equivalent experience required
5+ years of qualified experience in software development.
Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, ReactJS, and NodeJS is required
Proficiency in data structures, database concepts and algorithms are required
Experience in building software using event-driven architecture is highly desirable
Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies
Expertise in ERP domain preferred
