About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on Frontend Engineer who loves building quick, scalable products and shaping engineering culture from the ground up.

You won't just manage — you'll architect, build, review, mentor, and ship.

What You'll Do
Lead frontend architecture and technical decisions
Build and scale complex applications using React.js
Own state management using Redux / Redux Toolkit
Set coding standards and conduct solid code reviews
Improve performance, bundle size, and UI responsiveness
Collaborate closely with Product, Design & Backend teams
Mentor developers and raise the bar for frontend quality

Requirements
5+ years in frontend development
Robust hands-on expertise in React




Deep understanding of Redux & state management patterns
Experience designing scalable frontend architectures
Strong JavaScript fundamentals (ES6+)
Experience with TypeScript (preferred)
Experience in writing clean, testable, maintainable code
Strong code review and mentoring experience
Startup mindset — speed + ownership + accountability

Good to have
Experience with Next.js
Micro-frontend architecture
Performance optimization at scale
Event based architecture experience
Experience with WebRTC
