Company: Eye+ (Franchisee Store under BDS Retail Group) Location :Serampore, West Bengal Position: Eye Consultant Experience :6 Months - 1 Year in Retail Counter Sales Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass Salary :₹15,000 - ₹16,000 CTC per month Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred Employment Type: Full time

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Attend walk-in customers and understand their eyewear requirements.
Assist customers in selecting frames, lenses, and other optical products.
Explain product features, pricing, and ongoing offers.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Maintain excellent customer service and build customer relationships.
Support billing, inventory management, and store operations.
Ensure proper display and upkeep of products within the store.
Coordinate with the store team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass).
6 months to 1 year of experience in retail sales,



counter sales, or customer service.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented approach with a sales mindset.
Basic computer knowledge preferred.
Immediate joiners will be given preference.
