We're looking for a Recruitment Coordinator who thrives in quick-paced, high-volume in-house hiring environments. Manage candidate pipelines in the ATS, ensuring data accuracy and timely status updates at every stage
Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process, delivering a seamless experience
2–3 years of experience as a Recruitment Coordinator in an in-house/corporate talent acquisition team
Demonstrated experience managing 100+ open requisitions or scheduling 300+ interviews per month simultaneously




Experience coordinating directly with internal hiring managers, HRBPs, and senior leadership stakeholders
Solid written and verbal communication skills with experience managing candidate-facing and stakeholder-facing communications
Proven ability to manage competing priorities with minimal supervision in a high-volume, fast-moving workplace

Experience supporting bulk hiring drives (100+ hires in a single cycle)
Exposure to hiring for technical roles (engineering, product, or data teams)
Experience working in a startup or high-growth company scaling headcount rapidly
