Job Title: HR Executive
Location: AIMS Institutes, Peenya, Bangalore (On-Campus)

About The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Executive to join our team at AIMS Institutes, Peenya Campus. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in payroll management, statutory compliance, recruitment, and HR documentation as per UGC, AICTE, BU, and other regulatory norms.
Key Responsibilities
Payroll & Attendance Management:
Manage end-to-end payroll through Razorpay.
Monitor biometric attendance records and resolve discrepancies.
Onboarding & HR Documentation:
Prepare and maintain employee onboarding, confirmation, and exit documentation.
Ensure accurate employee records as per statutory requirements.
Statutory Compliance:
Handle PF, ESIC, and related statutory filings.
Coordinate and maintain records for NAAC and LIC audits as per UGC, AICTE, and BU norms.
Recruitment:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing,



screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Employee Support:
Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related queries.
Assist in smooth functioning of HR operations and policies.

Required Skills & Competencies
Robust knowledge of Payroll systems (Razorpay), PF, ESIC, and compliance processes.
Experience in handling HR audits (NAAC, LIC, UGC, AICTE, BU).
Excellent organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
Hands-on experience in recruitment and onboarding processes.
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
Eligibility
Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
2–4 years of relevant HR experience preferred.
Must be able to join immediately.
