Location: Rajkot | Ahmedabad | Junagadh (Remote & In office) Experience: 6 Months - 2 Years Shift: Night Shift (Contract Basis)

Required Skills :
Excellent verbal communication skills
Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage customer queries professionally
Valuable listening and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency
Ability to work effectively in a team workplace
Experience in the IT industry will be considered an added benefit

Role Responsibilities:
Resolve customer concerns and provide timely solutions
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution
