Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for dentists and doctors regarding product and service queries.
Provide accurate product information about dental equipment and digital systems.
Follow up with clinics and hospitals to ensure service satisfaction.
Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions and service history.
Support order processing, dispatch coordination, and warranty management.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
1+ years of experience in customer support (medical/dental equipment industry preferred).
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Skilled etiquette while interacting with doctors and healthcare staff.
Basic technical understanding or willingness to learn dental equipment.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.

Job Types : Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
