Key Responsibilities: Showroom & Direct Sales: Greet showroom walk-ins, understand their requirements, explain roofing product specifications, and convert leads into sales.

Field Marketing & B2B Leads: Identify and visit ongoing construction sites, meet contractors, engineers, builders, and architects to secure orders.

Quotations & Negotiations: Prepare estimates/quotations for clients and negotiate deals effectively to close sales.

Market Feedback: Stay updated on competitor pricing, market trends, and current roofing material demands.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients for repeat business.

Requirements & Qualifications: Experience:



1 to 3 years of proven experience in Sales & Marketing (Experience in Building materials, Roofing sheets, Hardware, or Construction industry preferred).

Education: Any Degree or Diploma.

Skills :Robust communication and negotiation skills in Tamil (English knowledge is an added advantage).

Good customer relationship-building ability.

License Requirement: Must possess a valid driving license (two-wheeler).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
