Key Responsibilities
Guide and support members with workouts, exercise techniques, and fitness routines
Design personalized fitness and training programs based on member goals
Ensure the gym floor remains clean, safe, organized, and inspiring
Monitor members during workouts to ensure proper form and prevent injuries
Conduct fitness assessments and track member progress
Assist in promoting personal training and fitness services
Build strong relationships with members and deliver excellent customer service
Support gym operations, equipment maintenance, and daily activities
Maintain compliance with safety standards and company policies
Motivate members and encourage a positive fitness culture

Qualifications :
Previous experience as a Gym Trainer, Personal Trainer, or Fitness Coach preferred
Certified personal trainer (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, or equivalent certification preferred)
CPR/AED certification is an advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for health, fitness, and client transformation




Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required

Preferred Skills
Knowledge of strength training, weight management, and functional fitness
Ability to create customized workout and nutrition guidance
Strong motivational and coaching abilities
Sales confidence to promote training programs and memberships
Customer-focused attitude with excellent teamwork skills
